Mobile Screen Enclosure Repair in Jacksonville, FL

A fully stocked mobile repair van that fixes torn panels, doors, and frames on site — usually in a single visit.

Every screen enclosure repair we do is mobile. There is no shop to haul panels to, because screen panels are built in place: we cut mesh from the roll on site, tension it into your existing aluminum frame, and set new spline right there in your backyard. That is why a stocked van matters more than a storefront in this trade.

Our vans carry standard 18/14 fiberglass, no-see-um, pet-resistant, and solar mesh rolls, multiple spline diameters, common door hardware, fasteners in stainless and coated finishes, and the tools to straighten or splice aluminum framing. For most calls that means we diagnose and complete the repair in one visit rather than scheduling a second trip for parts.

We cover Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities — riverside neighborhoods, the beaches, Mandarin, the Southside, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra, and out toward Julington Creek and Nocatee.

What a Mobile Screen Repair Visit Looks Like

We start by walking the whole enclosure, not just the panel you called about. Tears rarely happen in isolation — a single failed panel usually means the mesh has aged past its tension or that a fastener or frame member moved. Ten minutes of inspection prevents a return trip next month.

Then you get the options and the price before anything is cut: repair this panel, rescreen this wall, or rescreen the cage. Once you choose, the work happens the same visit whenever the material and hardware are on the van, which they usually are.

We remove old spline, clean the track, cut and tension the new mesh, roll fresh spline, trim the excess, and take the old screen with us. Nothing is left in your yard.

  • Stocked mesh rolls

Standard, no-see-um, pet-resistant, and solar screen carried on the truck in common widths.

  • Door hardware on board

Closers, latches, hinges, rollers, and track sections for the doors used on most Jacksonville cages.

  • Fasteners and spline

Multiple spline diameters and corrosion-resistant fasteners so nothing gets reused that should not be.

  • Frame tooling

Equipment to straighten, splice, or replace bent aluminum members without pulling the structure apart.

  • Single-visit completion

Most panel, spline, and door repairs are finished the same day we arrive.

  • Cleanup included

Old screen, spline, and hardware leave with the van.

When a Mobile Repair Still Needs a Second Trip

Some work genuinely cannot finish in one visit. Non-standard door sizes, obsolete hardware on older enclosures, custom-color aluminum extrusion, and large structural sections have to be ordered. Full rescreens of a big two-story pool cage are also usually scheduled as their own day rather than squeezed onto a service call.

When that happens we tell you at the estimate, not after the truck is loaded. You get the lead time and the price up front.

Why On-Site Repair Beats Removing Panels

Anyone offering to take your screen panels away to a shop is describing a different product. Screen enclosure panels are not removable units on most Florida cages — the mesh is splined directly into the frame that is bolted to your slab and your house. Cutting it out and reinstalling elsewhere adds cost and risk with no benefit.

On-site work also lets us catch what a shop never would: how water sheets off the roof panels, where the deck is holding moisture against the kickplate, and which anchors have started to back out.

FAQ

Mobile Screen Enclosure Repair questions

Is mobile screen enclosure repair more expensive?+

No. On-site repair is the standard way screen enclosures are serviced in Florida, because mesh is splined into a frame that is fixed to your slab. There is no shop surcharge, and estimates are free.

Can you finish the repair on the first visit?+

Usually yes. Our vans carry mesh rolls, spline, fasteners, and common door hardware, so most panel, spline, and door repairs are completed the same day. Custom door sizes, obsolete hardware, and custom-color aluminum need to be ordered first.

Do I need to be home for the repair?+

We need access to the enclosure and someone to approve the estimate. After that, many homeowners leave us to the work and we follow up with photos of what was done.

What areas does the mobile service cover?+

Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities, including the beaches, Mandarin, the Southside, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra, Julington Creek, and Nocatee.
